Support and security

For a suspected vulnerability, use the subject “REDLANE security”. Include the app version and a description; do not send passwords, payment-card details, status capabilities or raw purchase tokens.

Guide is an Android reading utility. It requires Android 11 or later and Display over other apps permission for the live overlay. Protected screens may hide overlays. Stop Guide in Studio or the ongoing notification. It does not use Accessibility access, screen capture or automatic boot startup.

We investigate faults/security reports and provide remedies and updates required by applicable law. No fixed additional funded maintenance term or guaranteed response-time service level is promised here. For planned end of service, we target 90 days' advance notice where reasonably possible; security, legal, platform or similar constraints may require shorter notice. This is not a promise of lifetime service. Mandatory local consumer rights remain intact.

The 14-day trial has no automatic charge. Guide unlock is a one-time Google Play purchase, not a subscription. For missing paid access, try Restore and contact support; do not buy again merely to resolve an ownership error. Deletion does not automatically refund a purchase. Recovery after account deletion requires verified original payer/order evidence and a verified destination account; matching an email alone is insufficient.

Account services may be restricted to approved testers before public release. The support route remains available without signing in. There is no special reviewer bypass.
