Delete your REDLANE account

This deletes the shared REDLANE sign-in identity for this Firebase project and queues the implemented Guide account-data removal. It can affect other services sharing that identity. It is not only a Guide reset.

Calvin Promotions Sàrl, operates REDLANE Guide. Account deletion stops marketing eligibility and account access, removes the ordinary profile and queues processor searches. It is separate from a refund. Local statistics must be removed on each device; the in-app deletion flow clears that device's current account counters.

Restricted purchase/security records and the deletion ledger may remain as explained in our Privacy Notice. Processor erasure can remain pending after sign-in removal. Save the status receipt to check progress without signing in again.

Cannot sign in? Email support@redlane.xyz with a deletion, access, correction or objection request. We authenticate proportionately; do not routinely send identity documents.
