REDLANE Guide refunds and consumer remedies

REDLANE Guide's guide_unlock is a one-time, non-subscription purchase. The reference price is EUR 9.99; Google Play displays the actual local-currency price and applicable tax treatment before purchase. We do not describe the purchase as lifetime access.

The 14-day trial does not charge automatically. A trial does not replace any mandatory consumer remedy or applicable withdrawal right. A pending payment does not establish a paid entitlement; completed purchases are verified by the backend.

Request an eligible refund through Google Play's purchase/refund mechanisms or contact support@redlane.xyz about a charge, defect or failed purchase restoration. Include the relevant order reference and app version. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or raw purchase tokens in ordinary email.

There is no blanket “all sales final” rule. All non-waivable remedies under the law that applies to the customer remain available. Depending on the facts and jurisdiction, those can include correction, repair, price reduction, withdrawal, termination or refund. Any exception to withdrawal for immediate digital delivery requires the legally applicable information, express steps and confirmation; accepting generic terms alone is not a universal waiver.

Deleting a REDLANE account is separate from a refund request. Refunds/revocations can remove the corresponding entitlement after verification. A temporary network error is not treated as a refund. A restore or ownership problem should be investigated rather than resolved by purchasing the same utility again.
